Engagement Approach

I facilitate the Wraparound Process for youth with complex needs and their families. I like to take a holistic approach where I encourage people to engage with those that are already involved in their life and seek options that are out of the box. I like that Wraparound is individualized for each family and takes into consideration each family member. Wraparound is an adventure that I am excited and privileged to join in on and to help ensure that the direction is chosen by the family.

Areas of experience and interest

I have a background in social work and have worked in child protection, special education, homeless shelters, and nursing homes. Needless to say, I enjoy working with people, especially those who need an extra hand to partner with them along the way.
